Report content or behaviour

Do you have a Flamme account? The quickest way is to report from the app: the shield in the conversation, or the menu of the profile concerned.

No account, or reporting illegal content (for example a photo of you posted without your consent)? Write to [TO COMPLETE: report@domain] with:

1. what is concerned: first name, age and city shown on the profile, and a screenshot if possible;
2. why the content is illegal or breaks the community guidelines;
3. your contact details (name and email), except for child sexual abuse material, which you may report anonymously;
4. a statement that you believe in good faith that the information provided is accurate and complete.

We acknowledge receipt, review the report, then tell you the decision. The reported person never learns who reported them.

In immediate danger, call 112.
