Community guidelines
Flamme is for meeting people with respect. These guidelines apply to your profile, messages, calls and behaviour when you meet. Breaking them can lead to content removal, suspension or a ban.
Be yourself
- Use your real first name, your real age and recent photos of you.
- One account per person. No accounts for someone else.
- The "verified" badge is earned with a selfie: don't try to game it.
Adults only
Flamme is for people 18 and over. No content showing a minor is tolerated. Profiles of minors are deleted, and child sexual abuse material is reported to the authorities.
Respect others
Forbidden:
- harassment, insults, threats, intimidation;
- hateful or discriminatory content (origin, religion, gender, orientation, disability…);
- pushing after a refusal: "no", an unmatch or a block are answers;
- sharing someone's private information.
Sexual content
- No nudity or sexually explicit content on your profile.
- No unsolicited sexual content in messages, including on video calls.
- Never share a photo or video of someone without their consent.
No violence
No violent or gory content, no showcasing weapons, no calls to violence.
No scams, no business
Forbidden: asking for money or gifts, romance scams, "miracle" investments, prostitution, advertising, promoting other services, fraudulent links. No phone numbers, links or QR codes on your photos.
No bots
Don't use software to like, write or collect profiles for you.
Outside the app
What happens when you meet matters too. Violent or dangerous behaviour reported by a member can lead to a ban.
Report
If someone breaks these guidelines, report them from the conversation (shield) or their profile. The reported person never learns who reported them. In immediate danger, call 112.
Safety tips
- Keep the conversation in the app until you know the person.
- Never send money or your bank details.
- For a first date, pick a public place and tell a friend.
- Arrange your own transport, and leave if you feel uncomfortable.
